What happens after I submit my referral?
After you submit your referral, Elastic will contact you within 24 hours with program details and approval
How and when will I get paid?
Payment will be received no later than 30 days past the contracted client agreement for the first SaaS billing.
The gift card will be delivered to the referrer electronically by email, following the referred client’s first invoice payment as outlined in the fully executed Master Services Agreement between Elastic Suite and the referred client.
Is there a limit of how many brands I can refer?
You can invite as many friends as you like. There is no limit on how many can be referred.
Where is this program offered?
This program is only available in the US. We will launch a Global Program soon, so stay tuned!
